We operate 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You can schedule pickups during three time slots: Morning (9AM-12PM), Afternoon (12PM-4PM), and Evening (4PM-8PM).

Yes, we have a minimum order value of ₹150 for standard delivery. Orders below this threshold may incur a small service fee.

Yes! Pickup and delivery is completely free for orders above ₹300. For orders below ₹300, a nominal delivery fee may apply based on your location.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). You can pay when we deliver your cleaned clothes back to you.

Standard service typically takes 48-72 hours from pickup to delivery. For urgent needs, our Express Service delivers within 24 hours at an additional 50% charge.

Regular laundry uses water and detergent, suitable for everyday clothes. Dry cleaning uses special solvents without water, ideal for delicate fabrics, suits, silk, and items that can't be washed normally.

Yes! We specialize in handling delicate fabrics, designer wear, bridal outfits, and ornamental clothing. These items receive special care and are priced accordingly.
