Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not happy with our service, we'll make it right.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Pickup: Full refund, no questions asked
  • After Pickup, Before Processing: Full refund minus pickup charges (₹50)
  • During Processing: 50% refund of the order value
  • After Processing Complete: No refund available; delivery will be completed

2. Service Quality Issues

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, we offer:

  • Free Re-wash/Re-clean: We will re-process your items at no additional cost
  • Partial Refund: Up to 50% refund for minor quality issues
  • Full Refund: For significant quality issues or damaged items

Quality complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Damaged or Lost Items

In the rare event that items are damaged or lost during processing:

  • Minor Damage: Free repair or up to 5x the service charge
  • Major Damage: Compensation up to 10x the service charge
  • Lost Items: Compensation up to 10x the service charge or ₹2,000, whichever is lower

Note: We recommend declaring high-value items (above ₹5,000) at the time of pickup for appropriate care and insurance.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • UPI/Wallet Payments: Refunded to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer or store credit (your choice)
  • Credit Card: 5-7 business days to reflect in statement

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Pre-existing damage not reported at pickup
  • Color bleeding due to fabric quality (natural dye release)
  • Shrinkage of items that were not labeled for dry-clean only
  • Items picked up more than 30 days after delivery notification
  • Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your Order ID and describe the issue
  3. Share photos if applicable (for damage claims)
  4. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours

7. Express Service Refunds

If we fail to deliver your express service order within the promised time frame (same day or next day as applicable), the express fee (50% surcharge) will be automatically refunded. The base service charge is non-refundable if the service was completed satisfactorily.
